1.1
Not only will these Standard Promo Terms apply to all promotions, but there will also be a separate set of important terms and conditions attached to each unique offer (the "Specific Terms and Conditions"). By taking part in a campaign, you are agreeing to abide by all of the terms and conditions, including these standard terms and conditions and any specific terms that may be relevant.

2. Problems with promotions and inconsistent gameplay
2.1
Bonus abuse, fraud, taking advantage of us, and other suspicious activities will not be tolerated under any circumstances. If we suspect that an account is involved in such activities, we have the authority to block and remove the bonus, any winnings associated with it, and any deposits made by that account.

For whatever reason, we retain the right to periodically examine all logs and records of transactions. You are giving your advance approval to the same. We retain the right to refuse, withhold, revoke, or withdraw your entitlement to any promotion, winnings, or bonus, as well as to terminate your access to the Website and/or block your account if, upon such review, it appears that you are engaging in, or trying to engage in, strategies that we, in our sole discretion, consider to be (i) promotional abuse and/or (ii) irregular playing. The following forms of play are all included under the umbrella term "irregular play":
Unless otherwise specified, you must not place individual bets that exceed 20% of the bonus amount added to your account until the offer's wagering conditions are fulfilled. The maximum wager that may be put with a bonus of €200, for instance, is €40. If your wager is less than €5, you are exempt from the 20% rule;

"State Game Abuse" occurs when bonus monies are utilised only for advancing through the bonus levels. As soon as the bonus funds are released or lost, the final stages are completed with cash bets. 2.4
All of the following forms of play are included under the umbrella term "promotional abuse":

Collaborating with other players in an unfair manner, such as by taking advantage of promotions or cheating on purpose;
Purposefully abusing the offer by making a deposit and then taking the money soon after. To get free spins, for instance, you have to deposit money, then wager it slightly more than once the deposit value, withdraw it so you don't violate clause 9.3 of the website terms, and then you may start playing with your free spins.
Using any software or system vulnerability, flaw, mistake, or failure—whether we are aware of it or not — in any way, including, but not limited to, gameplay; and
Taking advantage of a promotion for free spins or a bonus by making numerous account claims.
3.1
No previous notification is required for our withdrawal, modification, discontinuation, or termination of any campaign. It is our exclusive discretion to determine who is eligible to participate in any given offer, and all promotions are meant for recreational gamers only. Without affecting any current promotions, we have the right to stop or terminate this benefit at any moment.
3.2
If we so choose, we may exclude you from any and all future promotions. All prizes from any promotions you may have participated in after being advised that you are no longer eligible will be seized.
Everyone is limited to one promotion per home, IP address, email, phone number, credit/debit card, e-payment account, or shared computer (such at a library, school, or office). Your winnings will be seized in the event that you are determined to have violated this provision.
5.1
The "Cash Balance" and the "Bonus Balance" component of a player's overall account balance are what really matter. Your Cash Balance will be the first destination for any funds you add to your account. Your Bonus Balance is where you'll keep any money you earn as a bonus for completing certain tasks.
5.2
Different benefits may be presented to players, and some of these advantages may be game-specific (e.g., slots only). You will be able to see in your Bonus Balance which games provide bonus money as you enter them. Your extra Balance will not reflect the amount you've earned when you play games that are banned or otherwise do not allow extra money. Our policy is clear: if a player is caught using bonus funds for games that don't count towards the bonus criteria, they will not be able to withdraw their wins, the bonus money will be removed without warning, and their account will be locked.
5.3
The casino account will be unable to access the deposit or any profits linked to the offer until the wagering requirements are met. If a promotion allows you to withdraw funds while your bonus is still active, any bonuses that are still available will be removed at this point.
5.4
Unless otherwise specified in the Specific Terms and Conditions, all funds deposited into a player's bonus account are subject to wagering requirements that must be met forty (x40) times before they may be converted to Cash Balance and withdrawn.
5.5
The proportion that each game contributes to the wagering requirements varies. The amount that has to be wagered on certain games in order to turn a bonus into cash is known as the wagering requirements. The entire stake determines the wagering requirements. FIRST EXAMPLE: A player's total balance is €200 after receiving a bonus of €100 and spending €100. The Player must bet 40 times the bonus amount, or €4,000, before the bonus can be turned into cash and withdrawn, as the Player has chosen to play slots only.
But your Welcome Offer is unique in that it asks you to bet not only the amount of your first deposit but also the bonus. If you deposit €100 and get a 100% bonus on top of that, you'll have €8,000 (€200 x 40).
Second Example: A player gets a €10 bonus that they must gamble 10 times. Games A and B, with a weighted of 100% and 20% respectively, are eligible. With a 100% weighting in game A, the total amount needed to convert the bonus would be €100, calculated as €10 bonus multiplied by 10 WRs. For example, if game B is the player's top pick and accounts for 20% of the total, then each €1 investment would contribute €0.20 to the wagering requirement. To completely convert the bonus, the player would need to bet a total of €500.
5.6
Each deposit may only be used for one bonus. There is no way to get both deposit bonuses at the same time. You can't "stack" incentives that are tied to deposits.
5.7
The player's Cash Balance is reduced by the amount wagered. The bet is subtracted from the Bonus Balance if no cash is available.
5.8
profits derived from wagers placed using a player's bonus account are also credited to that account; however, the wagering requirements are only applicable to the initial bonus amount; profits derived from bonus money are exempt. After that condition is fulfilled, the bonus funds are turned into hard currency.
5.9
Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses, including those earned via events like Loyalty Point redemption, will be credited to your bonus account and subject to the usual wagering requirements.
5.10
Winnings will be split between the bonus and cash accounts in proportion to their respective use.
5.11
If you would want to request the reversal of a bonus that we have placed into your account, you may do so only if you have not played any games since receiving the bonus.
Section 5.12
To clarify, players from the following countries cannot receive the first deposit bonus (welcome bonus/opening offer), any deposit bonuses (whether stated otherwise or not), or be located in a Restricted Territory (as defined in the Website Terms): Serbia, Armenia, Austria, Poland, Greece, Cyprus, Hungary, Croatia, Ukraine, Russia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Georgia, Lithuania, Latvia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, or Serbia.
6.1
Standard wagering requirements and any conditions related to the coupon must be met in order to redeem it.
6.2
You may only use one eligible coupon per day, and unless otherwise specified, you can't combine coupons with any other promotions.
6.3
At any moment, we may remove or end support for coupons, and we also have the right to deny gamers access to coupons altogether.
On the offer page, you may see the terms and conditions for the Welcome Bonus. There may be periodic adjustments to the Welcome Bonus.
An immediate bonus may be any kind of bonus that the player receives from the casino, whether it's cash or a bonus code (such as via Customer Support). Any profits from an immediate bonus may not exceed ten times the amount of the bonus, as determined by our discretion. Take this scenario: you get a €100 immediate bonus. If we decide to implement this provision, you may only withdraw up to €1,000.
9.1
No deposit bonuses, free spins, and free bets deposited to a customer's account are subject to withdrawal limits, which may be conveyed to you or stated explicitly in the Specific Terms and Conditions. These limits may be up to €100.
9.2
Bonus cash will remain in the account until a real deposit is made by you, even if you have never done so before. Bonus funds held in your account prior to your first deposit will be subject to the usual play-through requirements once you make that deposit. There will be no further deposits needed to withdraw any future No Deposit Bonus, but they will all be subject to the usual wagering requirements.
10.1
(i) The particular promotionand/or the specific terms and conditions will specify the maximum amount of free spins that the player is eligible to earn. While certain games may include advertisements for free spin promotions, you may be able to access these deals on many other games. You won't be able to utilise the free spins on any other game once you've used them.
(ii) Free spins earnings are applied to the casino bonus up to €50, unless explicitly indicated otherwise. Any winnings beyond this threshold will be forfeited. Your bonus money will be returned immediately to your bonus account, and any profits from free spins will not be used to unlock any more cash.
(iii) Until you make your first deposit, all wins from free spins or gaming using bonus money will be returned to your bonus account; you will not be able to access these cash or bonus winnings. 10.2
(i) In order to get bonus spins, players have to make a deposit. The corresponding promotion's specific terms and conditions will provide the information, including the amount of spins.
(ii) Other games may provide bonus spin promotional incentives, even if they are offered on certain games. The bonus spins are non-transferable and cannot be utilised for another game.
(iii) Winnings from bonus spins will be added to the player's bonus balance, but they are subject to our use policies and wagering requirements.
(iv) Except as otherwise specified, all profits derived from bonus spins are treated as bonus funds and will only be converted to real money after the original bonus wagering requirements are fulfilled.
(v) You must use your free spins within 24 hours after making your deposit. After this period, you may only spend up to €100 of your earnings.
11.1
Participants must be at least 18 years old and must provide the specific information requested by each competition, whether it be by social media, email, or some other means of communication.
11.2
Each tournament has its own set of rules and regulations that you must adhere to in order to participate. Not participating in the competition will be the consequence of not doing so. This signifies that you have read and agree to the Terms of Service, including clause 11.
11.3
The specifications of each of our contests will specify when they end. Every submission that is submitted after this date will be processed as rejected.
11.4
One entry per person per competition is our policy unless specified otherwise.
11.5
Any competition and its terms may be cancelled or amended without prior notice in the case of a disaster, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or actual or anticipated violation of any law or regulation. This right extends to any event beyond our control. As quickly as is practically feasible, the entrants (or the winner, if applicable) shall be informed of any such modifications.
11.6
No third party's actions or inactions related to a competition, including our own false prise facts, will hold us accountable.
11.7
Regarding any and all issues pertaining to the competition, our judgement shall be final.
12.1
Unless otherwise stated in the Specific Terms and Conditions, all incentives, with the exception of free spins, will expire after 30 days of account inactivity. Shortly after being granted, all free spins will be null and void, unless otherwise specified in the Specific Terms and Conditions. Failure to meet the requirements of the offer within this time may result in the forfeiture of any bonuses and associated wins.
12.2
If a player's account goes 30 days without any action, we have the right to deduct (reset) their loyalty points to zero.
12.3
Players whose accounts are cancelled before promotions finish will not be able to get any promotional advantages, and void bets will not count towards promotional incentives either.
12.4
At our sole discretion, we have the right to revoke any promotion-related credits, bonuses, coupons, loyalty points, or prizes.
12.5
All participants' eligibility will be subject to verification at our discretion.
